Mad Factory Vintage is a UK-based retailer specialising in second-hand and vintage clothing. For enquiries, please contact sales@madfactoryvintage.com.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. An order is confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.

All prices are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time, though this will not affect orders already placed.

We aim to dispatch orders within 5–7 business days. Before postage, every order goes through an additional quality check to ensure items meet our standards and arrive exactly as described. During busy periods, slight delays may occur. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

All items sold are second-hand or vintage and may show signs of wear consistent with their age. Any notable flaws will be described in the product listing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mad Factory Vintage shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it.
